Placing An Order

It is important to READ the description before submitting your order.  

Please follow the ordering limit.  Multiple orders for the same product from the same household are not allowed.  Customer will be banned, orders will be cancelled, refunded, and incur a 15% restocking fee.

Clothing "Chickie's Stuff" Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  The item must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Clothing must be unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return or an exchange, or inquiries please email info@shigii.com.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number) included in your email.

Records, Toys & Collectibles, and Art Supplies Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will accepted on items that are listed under the Skateboarding Goods, Records, Toys & Collectibles, or Art Supplies category.
